Control
DeDust Pro – Basic with fixed speed. The fan operates at nominal speed.
For each machine, a start/stop contact is fitted into the control cabinet that switches the fan on or off.
Application
Extraction for a machine. This was the starting point for the development of the deduster.
Minimum air volume & transport speed
The minimum transport speed has already been taken into account in the design of the main piping.
There is no control for the air volume or air infiltration.

STANDARD: FIXED SPEED
OPTIONAL: VARIABLE SPEED
Control
Slide control with fixed speed. The fan operates at nominal speed.
Slide control
For each machine, a start/stop contact is fitted which opens or closes the associated slides. The fan is switched on or off at the same time.
Minimum air volume & transport speed
In order to ensure the minimum transport speed in the main piping, additional slide gates are opened by the processing machines automatically.
Safeguarding of machine extraction air volume
If the maximum extraction air volume is exceeded, no further sliders can be opened. (additional warning light on the control cabinet)
EXTRACTION SYSTEM
DEDUST PRO – SEPAS 80
Control
SEPAS 8000 with variable speed. Using a frequency converter, the fan exerts control to keep the negative pressure at the value required according to the operating state.
Machine negative pressure
Each machine is allocated the appropriate negative pressure (high, medium or low).
Energy savings
Significant energy savings can be achieved via frequency converter control. In the lower capacity range, control can be active up to an air speed of 7 m/s. The approximate payback period is between one and two years.***
Slide control
For each machine, a start/stop contact is fitted which opens or closes the associated slides. The fan is switched on or off at the same time.
Minimum air volume & transport speed
In order to ensure the minimum transport speed in the main piping, the patented activation piping is used to ensure material transport even at low speeds. Control from 2000 to 8000 m³/h – this corresponds to double the control range compared to the standard design.
